📚 Description
HelpDesk is an internal ticket management platform designed to streamline the handling of technical incidents within an organization. It enables users to report issues related to their workstations or IT environment, while operators and managers can efficiently track, prioritize, and resolve these incidents. Built with Laravel (for backend logic and data management) and VueJS (for the interactive frontend), HelpDesk provides a clear and responsive interface for every user role : requester, operator, and manager. The system automates several key processes: assigning tickets to the most suitable operator based on problem categories, tracking intervention history, sending notifications when tickets are updated, and generating reports with resolution statistics.
🚀 How To Use
To clone and run this application, you’ll need Git (which comes with npm ) installed on your computer. From your command line:
# Clone this repository
$ git clone https://github.com/thomaspsl-org/helpdesk-app
# Go into the repository
$ cd helpdesk-app
# Install dependencies
$ npm install
# Run the app
