📚 Description
Hestia is a web platform linked to Discord that centralises all video clips shared in channels selected by server administrators. It allows authenticated users to easily browse these videos in an immersive interface inspired by YouTube Shorts, designed to be simple, fluid and suitable for all screens. Users can view clips one by one, enable or disable autoplay, and interact via a voting system to measure engagement. Administrators have a dashboard that allows them to connect their Discord servers, choose exactly which channels to synchronise, and manage content visibility. Each clip retains its context (author, date, source). The platform is designed with privacy and GDPR compliance in mind: no unnecessary data is stored, NSFW content is filtered for underage users, and a dedicated space allows users to manage their personal data. Finally, the freemium business model provides limitations for free accounts and premium options for servers seeking more capacity or functionality.
